Ingredients

  • 12 baby unpeeled potatoes boiled
  • 2 cups of sliced bell peppers
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 celery chopped
  • 2 cucumber pickles chopped finely
  • 2 cups of parsley
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1 Clive of garlic

Directions

  • Mix all dressing ingredients and set aside.
  • Place parsley in opinion chef by Philips and chop finely. Add to potatoes, and add celery, cucumber pickles, bell peppers, and green onions.
  • Add dressing and mix well. Refrigerate until serving.
