Grilled fish with light mayo sauce

Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of fish fillets (each about 120 g)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup of light mayo
  • Squeeze of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of my olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander

Directions

  • For sauce: Cut bell pepper in half remove seeds and and brush with olive oil. Place in air fryer for 15 minutes at 180c.
  • Place in a glass bowl and cover with cling film and set aside for a few minutes, then peel and chop finely.
  • Mix with mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, coriander, salt and pepper. And refrigerate until fish is cooked.
  • For fish: Mix oil, lemon juice ,cumin ,coriander, paprika, salt, pepper and rub fish fillets with the marinade. Place in air fryer for 15 minutes at 180c and serve with mayo sauce.
