Health Benefits of Dates

Dates are rich in fiber, potassium, manganese, magnesium, copper and vitamin B6.

Dates therefore promote digestive health and relieve constipation, in addition to promoting heart health as well.

Being rich in Magnesium, dates work as anti-inflammatory and help lower blood pressure.

Studies have also shown that dates have an incredibly great effect on labor and delivery outcome.

Finally, the content of vitamin B6 in dates is associated with improved brain performance and better test scores.
