Oriental Egg Sandwich

Great for breakfast or lunch, try the oriental egg sandwich recipe.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla bread
  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of dried oriental Zantac mix
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sumac
  • 1 teaspoon of hot chili powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of grated halloumi cheese

Directions

  • Chop eggs using Philips onion chef and place in a bowl.
  • Add all the other ingredients.
  • Place 2 tablespoons of mixture in tortilla bread and roll.
  • Grill using Philips grill for 2 minutes and serve with a light salad.
