Homemade granola with yogurt

Try a delicious Granola with Yogurt and Strawberry Jam Recipe from Philips.

Servings 12 – 15

Ingredients

  • Granola
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 2 cups of bran flakes
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey
  • 1 cup of dried cranberries
  • Yoghurt
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Strawberry sauce
  • 500 g of sliced strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1/4 cup of water

Directions

  • To make granola: mix oatmeal ,bran flakes, coconut, sunflower seeds, Almonds, honey and oil together and rub gently until al sticky.
  • Place in an 180c oven and bake for 20 minutes until crunchy. Let cool and add dried cranberries.
  • Mix yogurt ingredients and refrigerate.
  • To make strawberry sauce : Place strawberries in a pot with sugar over medium heat. Add the water land let simmer. Blend using Philips hand blender. Then add the cornstarch and let boil until thick. Let cool and refrigerate.
  • To serve: place granola in cups. Add yogurt. Add strawberry sauce and more fresh strawberries and serve.
