What is happening to the uGrow Smart Baby Monitor app?

No. You can only pair and connect to one app at a time.

Once you delete your user account, the data will be wiped automatically. As of 2023, all uGrow Smart Baby Monitor app accounts and data were deleted.

Note: Make sure the Philips Avent uGrow app is active and Bluetooth on your mobile device is on when pairing is in progress.

Press the power button on the ear thermometer once to switch on the thermometer.

The app will identify the thermometer and start to pair.

• The Bluetooth icon lights up when the thermometer is connected to your mobile device
• The thermometer switches off automatically after 30 seconds of no activity

The Philips Avent smart ear thermometer stores your temperature readings directly to the uGrow app. Find out how to connect the sent data to your uGrow app.

1. Start the Philips Avent uGrow app.
2. Go to the Temperature section.
3. Switch on Bluetooth on your mobile device.
4. The Bluetooth symbol will light up on the display of the thermometer to indicate it is connected to your mobile device.

Once successfully connected, the measurement results will be automatically transmitted to your mobile device via Bluetooth. If the data transmission is successful, the measurement results are displayed in the Philips Avent uGrow app. The measurement results that are uploaded receive a time stamp. The time and date of each measurement is shown in the Philips uGrow app.
