How do I use my Philips Avent Thermopads?

You can use the Thermopads cold or warm.
Use cold.
- Take the Thermopad out of the sleeve.
- Put the Thermopad in the fridge or freezer for 24 hours.
- Dry with a cloth or towel.
- Insert the Thermopad into the sleeve and place it on your breast.
Use warm.
Do not heat the Thermopad in a microwave. The Thermopad contains a gel that can start boiling. This will damage the thermal pad.
- Take the Thermopad out of the sleeve.
- Immerse the Thermopad in a bowl of hot water (maximum 50°C/122°F) for 10 minutes. Do not boil the water.
- Lightly dampen the Thermopad sleeve. Moist heat gives an extra comfortable feeling and helps the stimulation.
- Insert the Thermopad into the sleeve and place it on your breast.
