Published on 29 September 2023
Cleaning your Philips AquaTrio Vacuum Cleaner will help to keep your appliance in optimal condition. Depending on your model, please find out below, which maintenance is necessary to ensure a long-lasting performance.
To prevent odors and scale deposits, please use the AUTOCLEAN function after every use to clean your full appliance in approximately 4 minutes (see image below). When AUTOCLEAN is ready, you can remove the microfiber brushes from the AquaSpin nozzle and store them in the dedicated holder on the storage station.
Important Note:
The microfiber brushes are not machine washable.
Never use detergent for the AUTOCLEAN function as this might lead to excessive foaming.
Please make sure that the dirty water tank is connected correctly before running the AUTOCLEAN function to prevent water spilling from the tray. You should hear a "click" sound when connecting the dirty water tank.
For further step-by-step instructions, please check the video below or your User Manual.

You can use a wet or dry cloth to clean the inside the of the dust bucket.

Filter When the filter needs to be cleaned, the filter clean icon appears on the display (see image a) Take the foam filter out of the filter case, shake it over a waste bin to remove the dirt, rinse the foam filter under a tap and squeeze it to remove the water. Let the foam filter dry completely before you put it back into the filter holder.
Roller brush Dirt or hair can get trapped around the brush of your Philips cordless vacuum cleaner and may cause the roller brush to get stuck. You can slide the roller brush out of the LED nozzle with the locking lever. Then remove entangled hair or threads by sliding down the roller brush with your hand or use a pair of scissors through the groove on the roller brush to cut entangled hairs or threads around it. For further instructions, see image b.
