The lumea ipl deserves the 5 star, you can see results in a few weeks, easy to use, efficient silent and simple.
Cons
The only con is that the full battery charge doesn't last long enough to finish large body area like legs, I have to recharge in the middle of the session or use the device while it is plugged.
