My Philips Turkish Coffee Machine’s coffee is not warm enough

Once your coffee machine finishes brewing it will play a sound signal to let you know your Turkish coffee is ready to serve. At that point, your coffee machine will stop warming your coffee, so ensure to serve it before it gets cold. 
 

A cold cup reduces the temperature of your drink. We advise preheating your cup by rinsing it with hot water before usage.
 

Limescale or coffee residues could build up inside your coffee jug and cause it to decrease the temperature of your coffee. To clean your coffee jug, you can use a soft sponge with washing liquid. Please ensure you do not immerse the jug in water or place it in the dishwasher. 

To remove limescale and black stains, pour one cup of heated water into the coffee jug and half a cup of vinegar or lemon juice. Let it sit for 30 to 60 minutes, then rinse the jug with fresh water. If some stains are still there, please repeat the cleaning process for a second time.
