My Philips Humidifier’s water refill indicator is on when there is water
If your Philips Humidifier's water refill indicator is on when there is still water in the tank, read below to find out why.
When installing the humidification filter (FY503x), make sure the logo side is up (as indicated in image below). Incorrect direction and installation may cause the water refill indicator to be mis-triggered.
A small amount of water may be left in the water tank. For the best possible humidification performance, the appliance will alert you to refill in time.
