My Philips VisaPure is not charging

If your VisaPure is not charging, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution.

We recommend you follow the steps in the order listed below. In between steps, check to see if the issue is resolved before moving to the next.

1. The socket is not working.

Make sure that the electric socket where you have plugged in your VisaPure is working. Also check if the voltage of the electric socket matches that of your device. For further assurance, try charging it through a different socket to see if it works.

2. VisaPure placed incorrectly in the charging stand.

If you are using the charging stand to charge your VisaPure, make sure it is placed correctly in it. The contact pins at the bottom of your VisaPure should be in proper contact with the contact points on the charging stand. 

If you have tried the advise above but your VisaPure is still not charging, then please contact us for further support. 

Are you still having issues with your VisaPure?

If none of these tips help, your VisaPure may be damaged internally. We recommend that you request a repair or exchange for your VisaPure.
