Hi Harrison, thanks for reviewing the Smart baby monitor. I can totally imagine why you're not happy with the product, if it keeps losing connection. There might be a solution to it, though. Have you downloaded a speedtest app to see the strength of your WiFi signal? That could show the download and upload speed at the location of your baby monitor, which shouldn't be below 2Mbps, as that will hamper the connection.
