Very efficient great results would def recommend this product

I love it, it’s so easy and fast to use, definitely worth the money. I personally prefer the pulsing setting, there are 3 to choose from. For me personally I love it!

It is a wonderful product. The only problem is that it does not last. I have bad experience on previous purchases which did not last long. Service centre is bad and after long arguments with Dubai and Holland i got them replaced eventually

It does a great job when new but I've had two and each of them has stopped working after a year or so. For no apparent reason, the jet button turns it off rather than jetting.

Stopped working after a year, got a new one after long conversation with one of your team who made me do all these tests to ensure it was really broken, then new one broke about a week after warranty expired - thought I would give it another try and bought another one on Amazon as it was on special offer - also bought a Philips Gold Sonicare toothbrush and that broke soon after warranty expired - not buying another one as it was an extortionate price. I have another brand's toothbrush and it still works after 5 years!!!

had this product about eight months when it started to go wrong when it was on the 3 setting it kept making a funny noise and cutting out, I never bothered because it still worked on the single water jet. but now just before Christmas it has packed in completely I understand the warranty is up but I am very disappointed with the product, I have purchased a new one for Christmas, but noticed the 3 button model is not available am I correct in assuming that there was a problem with this model in which case should there not have been a recall.

The product is good when it works but it's broken so many times, it's becoming a chore to send to philips to get one that works for about a month. I',m not sure what happened with quality control but it's pretty much none existant with this product.

This product did not live up to the hype given to it. The Water Pic does a better job, as this one didn't always dislodge any bits left in between teeth after brushing. I was very disappointed. It slipped out of my hand into the wash basin, not a great distance as I was leaning over the basin, and is now broken. It wasn't good enough to make me purchase a replacement.

Bought flosser September 2017 and have had to replace handle twice and this is only May2018. I like the product, but there seems to a problem with the quality.

Poor quality,intermittent faults so could not return. Activation button not working every time. Then power button came on by itself,however,unit would not work. Have only bought another because when it did work it was good.If this one fails i will never buy phillips products again.
