Best hairdryer on the market. Leaves hair smooth and shiny and at a really good price. Highly recommended

I like this so much that I have bought it twice, and even given it as a gift. It is lightweight for the size and power it has, and the diffuser is great, just what I need for my thick wavy hair. BUT, it does not last very long. The material in the diffuser gets brittle and breaks at the edges, making it impossible to attach to the dryer. The lead cracks open at the top where it is attached to the dryer, exposing the wires inside. If the materials were of a higher quality I would easily recommend this as my all time favourite hair dryer.

I always buy Philips products. However, this hairdryer is very disappointing. It is far too heavy and the writing on the controls is virtually impossible to read. I am unable to use it on a daily basis and need to buy a lighter one. On the plus side it leaves my hair silky and shiny, just a shame it is so heavy

The hairdryer is much bigger than I anticipated. A smaller body would make it easier to use. The main design flaw is the lettering of the controls. They are barely visible. They need to be more bolder and in white. Perhaps this is problem in manufacture which has slipped through internal quality control. I am willing to send you a picture of the handle of my hairdryer and you will see that the writing is nearly invisible against the background colour of the handle. This problem needs to be addressed ASAP.
