Really pleased with the better efficiency - speed of ironing and quality of finish. Not such a chore when the creases really do disappear faster. Philips products historically have given me good, long service - may that continue. I do need a spare screw for my 40 year old hood hair drier (on a stand). I need a new metal bar and two nuts for the ends (which adjusts the position of the hood). Is there a spare bar and 2 end nuts available. Please let me know where I can get this part as the hairdrier continues to give good service.

i bought this latest version of philips iron last year and according to my expectation its excellents. it works perfact only draw back is it dripp water too much if you didnt clean its tank after two ironings

I am a 54 year old husband, until now my wife has done the ironing. Wife at work and I needed a shirt ironed, so I thought I better do it myself. It was a pleasure to use, lots of steam, very powerfull, and it seems to be dry steam. large water tank lasts for hours. Now I do all my shirts, T shirts and trousers. 10/10

the steam generator is well worth it, it powers through the creases and cuts down the ironing time. brilliant product

My wife has found this steam generator so easy to use ,it cts her ironing time nin half.

The iron works very well under almost all circumstances, except that I have found it tends to run out of steam in 'eco' mode. Once I really got used to the iron, I have tended to use medium or maximum steam, so I haven't been left wanting whilst ironing large sheets.

Good product but a little heavy and although the ccable storage is good the housing of the hose between the iron and its base is useless

I dreaded wash day coming around realising that, using my old iron, I would have have a mountain of ironing to do afterwards. Now with my new philips iron the task is very much easier and pressing linen fantastic.
