I had high hopes when I bought it, but I didn't expect such amazing results after just one use! I'm amazed and thrilled. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering getting one for themselves.

Been using over a year now and wished I bought this product years ago. Spent a fortune on waxing and buying this product has saved me loads going forward. Hairfree and no dark hairs showing under my skin from waxing. Have the confidence to wear short sleeves and bare my legs all the time. I am asian.

This is my second purchase from Philips of the same product which is Lumia Hair removal device. The first one was 8000 Series and my younger sister nicked it because the transformation to her face was very pleasing and something she couldn't do without as this device is not available in India. The 9000 Series is a scale up from 8000 but I cannot tell the difference but the result is the same wonderful clean and pristine hairless skin and I am getting less downy hair which don't reappear for 2-3 months. I am very happy with my Refurbished device and cannot tell its Refurbished at all. It looks new and functions like new

I've had it for two months and I'm happy with it. I can see results — the hair growth has decreased.

Already done two sessions, I have extremely thick dark hair, my hair is already growing back in patches, almost completely gone in some areas and falling out in others. Brilliant! Only thing I’ve got to say is it’s very time consuming as you want to ensure you’re not missing any spots, but well worth it! Device does get hot after being used for a while making it painful when doing flashes, as instructed, I turn the device off and wait for it to cool down, then go back at it. I do my treatments once every two weeks, as instructed, i honestly didn't have high hopes since my hairs so quick and grows back so fast but I have been really surprised! Take this as your sign to get it, however since the device itself is quite heavy, I find it hard to hold for long period of times. Overall, worth every penny! Only two sessions in and already an improvement. Worth all the time and effort too.
