Excellent product for hair drying and dressing.
After a continuous use of the product for a week, whether for drying or dressing my hair, the product (along with the extra piece) prove to be practical and easy for use. The hear levels provided more convenience and resulted in a more shiny hair. The hot/cold feature was also helpful, especially when dressing my little daughter’s hair. Also, my boys used it and found it smooth and easy to use. Hair drying and dressing using the extra piece was quick and provided volume for my hair. As for product aesthetics, the design and color are modern and attractive.

Rating the product as standard
Have been using the advanced dryer for less than a week and decided to go back to my previous hair dryer. First, the power wire is too short. I needed an extension to be able to use the dryer in a convenient way. As for the heat, it is low considering the distance between my hair and the dryer itself, I had to keep it so close to my hair to get the result needed. I have to mention that the style and weight of the product is convenient and charming. I will be reluctant to tell any body to buy it as I know more enhancements can be made to get it to a place where customers and philips would like. I have a fine medium hair length, and I honestly treat my hair like babies. Usually it takes me 10 minutes to get dry in the morning before heading off to work. With this hair dryer I spent around 20 minutes and more to get the results wanted, and not fully achieved. Hope my feedback will help in improving the product, thank you Philips team for choosing me to try the hair dryer and provide feedback
