Had no problem at all. I cannot purchase spare part after 14 years of use Now purchased 7000 series to replace this item

I have had Philishaves since I started shaving at 16, I am now 61. This is by far the best ever , so easy to use, even easier to clean, it has a detatchable head so using the sideburn trimmer is even easier. Cant recommend it enough

I have used Phillip's shavers for a number of years. The Arcitec has a different feel to my previous shavers and takes a few days to get used to holding it differently to my other shavers. However, once you have got used to it, you will get a far superior shave to what you have had before. I find the cleaning system to be very good and sometimes I just watch my shaver automatically dipping in and out of the cleaning solution as if by magic. I am just waiting to see how Phillips are going to improve on this one.

every other day, I use this shaver and I'm very satisfied, recommend it to all users who use other brands. Shin dry in the shower, in the car easy cleaning amazing battery life. I had the chance to try other new products and I was so happy.

I like the way the three heads follow the contour of the face and the reminder to clean the shaver. the "jet wash" performs well and after use the razor is ready to go without further fuss. I get a good shave too.

The shaver is comfortable to hold and is so easy to use. The shave is excellent and lasts for a long time. Wonderful
