My Philips VisaPure Facial Cleanser is not charging

If you are having trouble charging your Philips VisaPure, try our advice on how to solve this issue.

The socket is not working

Make sure that the electric socket where you have plugged in your VisaPure is working. Also check if the voltage of the electric socket matches that of your device. For further assurance, try charging it through a different socket to see if it works.

VisaPure placed incorrectly in the charging stand

If you are using the charging stand to charge your VisaPure, make sure it is placed correctly in it. The contact pins at the bottom of your VisaPure should be in proper contact with the contact points on the charging stand. 

If you have tried the advise above but your VisaPure is still not charging, then please contact us for further support.
